About the Virtues Project

The Virtues Project was founded in 1991 by Linda Kavelin-Popov, her husband Dr. Dan Popov, and her brother, John Kavelin.

In 2000, a new company, Virtues Project International Inc. was founded with a commitment to provide inspirational programs and materials world-wide. As an independent company, the Virtues Project is not affiliated with any government, corporate, educational, or religious organizations.

The vision of The Virtues Project is to serve humanity by supporting the ethical and spiritual development of people of all cultures, by helping them to remember who we really are and to live by our highest values.

Virtues Project programs are available which focus on the Five Strategies of The Virtues Project in personal, professional and community development.

Examples are: Parenting Life-skills Courses, Character Education Initiatives, Positive Cultural Change, Violence Prevention and Intervention, Transformation of Bully Behaviour, Community Building, Leadership Development and Facilitator Training and Personal Growth Retreats.

Presentations can take the form of an inspirational keynote for a conference, a series of community development workshops for a group in crisis, an ongoing character education program within a school, corporate leadership training, or a personal development retreat for couples or individuals.
