If you are ordering from outside New Zealand you will see the message Only Available in New Zealand under our print-media products. You will not see this message under our CDs. This is because our software is able to calculate the freight on your parcel of CDs with reasonable accuracy. When orders involve books, cards or posters, either on their own or with CDs, too many variables affect the freight calculation and the software cannot assign a price close to what it would actually cost. Hence print media sales are disabled on the website when customers order from outside of New Zealand.
Don't give up! You can submit a 'Special Circumstances Order' via which we can send books, cards or posters out of New Zealand. We will not charge taxes or any extra fees if we make an exception for you. We'll charge you freight costs as close as possible to what we have to pay to process and send your parcel. If there is any discrepancy, it will be due to the difference between what New Zealand Post website has quoted us, and what the person in the Post Office charges once the parcel is on their scales. Our usual $2.00 packaging fee is incorporated.
