When do I have to consider Copyright law?

If you’re not photocopying from books or other published items, copying tapes, videos, CDs, DVDs and software, or publicly performing or broadcasting other's works, you don't have to consider it at all!

If you’re downloading digital music files, copying CDs or videos, or photocopying hymns to use in your church or temple, songs for children to sing in class or Sunday school, handouts for your workshops etc, you need to know that laws apply.

Some systems cover teachers and preachers so that they may safely use certain material, so you need to enquire.
