Paradise is perhaps the most comprehensive NZ nature recording of native birds and creatures. It takes you on a stunning journey through the beautiful, unique environments of New Zealand. It is inspiring listening, and an excellent learning reference for the science curriculum.

The 'sound-scape' environments vary from restful forests through to the stimulating presence of volcanoes, geysers and mud pools.

Opening in the night bush, the landscape slowly changes seamlessly through dawn to dusk, through wetlands to forest hills, ocean depths to mountain tops.

This remarkable recording will take you back to the way New Zealand was before the arrival of humankind.

The sound of many rare and endangered New Zealand native birds and of the various natural environments can be located individually as a CD track for ease of identification.

Visit Paradise, where the layering of pure, natural sounds combine with rare and beautiful wildlife recordings to take you far deeper into the wilderness than was ever previously possible.

 Applications:

  • Wild-life education
  • Relaxation
  • Enhance Artistic Expression
In this hour-long panorama-in-sound of New Zealand's natural world, you will visit primordial rain forests, remote mountain peaks, placid lakes, and ocean depths.

You will hear the voices of many of the fascinating and unique creatures that make these beautiful Pacific islands their home.

Welcome into their private world where they will capture your heart and imagination.

Customer Reviews

Rank: Excellent
Paradise
This is the best wildlife recording I have come across. The individual birds, etc, are easily heard against the environments, which change seamlessly from one to another. There are no announcements introducing the birds, etc, which sustains a relaxing ambiance. I sometimes enjoy testing my knowledge as I listen, but mostly I just bathe in the general atmosphere.
